Data deletion

Last updated 8 August 2026

You control every piece of data CreatorHQ holds. There are three ways to remove it.

1. Disconnect a single social account

Go to Social Accounts and choose Disconnect on the account. We revoke the token with the platform where the platform supports revocation, then delete the stored credential immediately.

2. Delete individual content or posts

Delete media from the Content library and cancel or delete posts from the Calendar. Files are removed from storage at the same time.

3. Delete your entire account

Go to Settings, open the Delete account section and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, workspace, uploaded media, posts, publishing history, analytics and every stored token. The action cannot be undone and completes immediately.

Requesting deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email support@cliquestudio.online from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

Platform-initiated deletion

If you remove CreatorHQ from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, the platform notifies our deletion endpoint automatically and we delete the connection and its tokens without any further action from you. A confirmation code is returned to the platform so you can track the request.
