These terms govern your use of CreatorHQ by Clique. By creating a workspace you agree to them.
The service
CreatorHQ lets you store media, compose posts, and publish or schedule them to social platforms you connect. We act on your instructions only: nothing is posted unless you create and approve it in the composer.
Your account
- You must be old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect.
- You are responsible for the security of your login and for activity in your workspace.
- You may connect multiple accounts per platform, and disconnect any of them at any time.
Acceptable use
- Only publish content you own or are licensed to publish.
- Follow each platform's terms, developer policies and community guidelines.
- No spam, automated bulk posting to manipulate reach, harassment, or illegal content.
- Do not attempt to access another workspace's data or circumvent platform rate limits.
Platform relationships
CreatorHQ is an independent product. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with or certified by YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap or Reddit. Platform names and logos are the property of their owners. Platform APIs can change or be withdrawn, which may affect availability.
Availability
CreatorHQ is provided as is while in active development. Publishing to a platform becomes available only once that platform has approved our application. We do not guarantee that a post will be accepted by a platform.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data permanently. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or a platform's rules.
