App review guide

Last updated 8 August 2026

This page is for platform review teams. It explains what CreatorHQ does, how each permission is used, and the exact steps to reproduce the flow.

What the app does

CreatorHQ is a publishing dashboard for creators and clippers. A user uploads a video or image, writes a caption once, selects which of their own connected accounts should receive it, and publishes immediately or schedules it. Nothing is ever posted without the user creating and submitting that post.

Test steps

  • Sign in with the test credentials supplied in the submission notes.
  • Complete the short onboarding, which ends on the connect step.
  • Open Social Accounts and choose a platform. A consent screen lists each permission and why it is needed before the OAuth window opens.
  • Authorize with the platform test account. The connected account appears with its name and handle.
  • Open Content and upload a short video, then open Create Post.
  • Select the media, write a caption, tick the connected account, fill any platform-specific field, then publish or schedule.
  • Open Calendar to see the resulting status and the platform post ID, with retry on failure.
  • Return to Social Accounts and choose Disconnect. The token is revoked and deleted.
  • Open Settings and use Delete account to remove all data.
